Sub :    Booking of Apartments of Seawood Estate Phase-II (Part-II)

                         at Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

 
CIDCO has already dispatched ‘letters' for booking of apartment in Seawood Estate Phase-II (Part-II) to the “Prospective Bidders / Applicants”.  The booking and Selection of apartments process is scheduled on 29^th April 2008

The Schedule of booking and selection of apartment is as follows:-

            For Booking & allotment of the apartment, the Prospective Bidders / Applicants should bring the following documents.

a)                  Copy of the acknowledgement from CIDCO on the bid-cum-application form (duplicate copy)

b)                  Demand Draft/Pay Order for appropriate amount (i.e. Registration charges of Rs.1 lac + EMD ) drawn in favour of “CIDCO LTD.” towards Earnest Money Deposit, as stated in Scheme Booklet (Page No.10)

c)                  Application form (enclosed) duly filled in except Serial No.  3 which will be filled in at the time of selection of apartment)

d)                  Original Pan Card/Passport/ with Xerox copy for the purpose of Identity. (The original documents will be returned immediately after verification).
