This has reference to the above mentioned letter.
In this connection, we have to inform you, that our corporation is pleased to permit you to undertake the additional construction of area admeasuring
To your apartment/shop on following condition
i) You shall plan of the proposed construction to the appropriate authority and obtain the development permission under section 45 of the Maharashtra regional /town planning act
ii) You shall undertake the additional construction in accordance with the plans duty approved but the approved authority under section 45 of the mrtp act 1966 and complete erection and completion of the the intended building within a period of 1 year from the date here off and there after you shall obtain a occupancy certificate from the appropriate authority certifying that such addition construction is fit for occupation.
iii) Only Residential/Commercial use of apartment /shop is permitted.
iv) After consumption of additional F.S.I you are requested to contact CIDCO - water supply dept along with occupation certificate of their respective dues as per new area .
