|
In case of the proposal for Medical, Education, Religious purpose run by Charitable Institutions, which are duly registered, fees shall be charged at ½ of the basic scale. |
Subject to a minimum of Rs. 400 in case of 16.1 (1) a and b.
In case of 16.1 (1) c, minimum rate shall be Rs. 250 subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000.

In case of the proposal for Industrial, Business and Commercial buildings, Cinema Theatres and Entertainment halls, hotels and lodging houses fees shall be charged at

Double the basic, scale subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,600 for the cases falling under 16.1 (1) a and b.
In case of proposals under 16.1(1) c, the rates shall be charged at Two and half times the basic scale subject to a minimum of Rs. 1000 and maximum of Rs. 1,00,000.

For proposal and amendments if the intended development is within the scheme for allotments of the plots for land to the project affected land holders in the defined area contiguous to the villages (12.5% schemes)
