Sub:- Approval to the Building Drainage Connection for the premises at plot No. _______ Road No._____ Sector _____________ at  Navi Mumbai.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With reference to your application No. _______ dtd. ______ on the above mentioned subject, you are hereby informed that -

1. Approval for the work of building drainage connection is granted . You are however required to carry out the plumbing and water supply works within the premises as per approved code of practice and after completion of following formalities.

2. Before making drainage connection to the CIDCO’s manhole, permission will have to be obtained from this office after necessary payment towards - 
 

i)	Scrutiny Fee	Rs.
ii )	Drainage connection charges	Rs.
iii)	Security Deposit	Rs.
iv)	Pipe laying / Road Repairing charges	Rs.
	Total	Rs.

3. You are allowed to make use of CIDCO manhole shown and approved in the drawing only.

4. Please note that, you have to clean site area before approaching us for “Drainage Completion Certificate”.

5. Proper care should be taken during making manhole connection so that the Drainage pipe line should cross below the storm water drain, if required.

6. Before approaching for release of Security Deposit, you should take necessary care for Electrical cables, Water supply lines and re-doing the road surface, which was as before.

7. After laying up the drainage pipe line, it should be shown before back filling of the trenches to the concerned Engineer as directed by the Executive Engineer  to Check the above said precautions.

8.You should apply for water supply connection after getting occupancy certificate.
