The existing scheme is Ghansoli Gharonda having 2792 apartments. It is developed as predominantly residential node for those who are working in the adjacent industrial belt. This node also has lot of unauthorized structure. The extension of Palm Beach Marg will give a total new look to the Ghansoli node.
