Co- operative Housing Society

In case the applicant is member of a Co-operative Housing Society - 1. Resignation of outgoing member. 2.Resolution passed by the Society for acceptance of resignation of outgoing member as well as admission of new member. 3.Certicate to establish class or category of the Transferee such as employer cerificate, caste certificate etc. (if the membership is restricted for particular category). 4. A certificate of the Society certifying the carpet area of the dwelling unit to be transferred/constructed. Note - In case apartments covered under DRS Scheme - 1987, the documents referred at (c) are not required to be submitted.
