The Brief

The Node
CIDCO has taken-up the development of Sanpada Node in 80’s. The Sanpada Node is situated in the northwest part of Navi Mumbai and major part is along the Sion-Panvel Express Highway.

The Transport
Sanpada Node is well connected with both road and railway transport. Sanpada & Juinagar railway stations are nearest railway stations from node.

The Planning 
This Node is planned as the predominantly residential one and CIDCO has already constructed 8200 tenements including 1200 tenements in Millennium Housing Scheme in Sector 9. The Sanpada Node has gross area of 293.66 Ha.

The Population 
The estimated population of the Sanpada Node is about 40,000 souls.

Millennium Housing Scheme
CIDCO has designed the scheme of 1200 tenements in Sector 9, out of which 684 tenements of “A” type ( 2 BHK), 336 tenements of “B” type ( 1 BHK ), 24 tenements of “C” type ( 2 BHK ), 156 tenements of “D” type ( 3 BHK ) and Shopping Center consisting 12 shops & Club House with swimming pool.

The Surroundings
Sector-09 is near to existing housing schemes in Sector 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and Sector 10. The Millennium Housing Scheme is approachable by road as well as local trains, the Sanpada station is about 650 M away and the Juinagar station is 400 M away. The Palm Beach Marg is 1500 M away from the Scheme. The scheme is surrounded by 22 M wide, 15 M wide and 18 M wide roads .The work of approach road from Millennium towers to Palm Beach Marg near Vashi is in progress.

The Specifications

b.Internal Door (BED): Flush doors with veneer finish. Fittings:- 3 Nos. brass butt hinges 100 mm long, 1 No. 6 lever mortise lock with 100 mm long brass oxidized handles, 1 No. brass tower butt 200 mm long, 1 No. brass floor door stopper.
c.Kitchen Door :- Flush door fittings : 3 nos. brass butt hinges 100 mm long, tadipatti with 100 mm long brass oxidized handles, 1 No. 1 No brass floor door stopper.
d.W.C. Bath & Toilet : PVC frame, PVC shutters with vide panels.
Fittings : 3 Nos. stainlessness steel butt hinges 75 mm long, 2 nos. flat type ‘baby latch’ 75 mm long brass oxidized, 2 nos. 125 mm long brass handles.
Terrace Doors : High density wood fibre moulded panels of BWP grade.  Fittiing 6 level mortise lock with long brass handles 2 brass handles with plates, one 200 mm long brass tower bolt and one floor door stopper of brass.

High Speed Capsule lift (1No.)+ Passenger lift (1No.), for 8 person each for each tower (for A type & D type)
