SWEAGE TREATMENT PLANT IN SECTOR-16 AT KAHARGHAR, NAVI MUMBAI.
CIDCO is constructing 25 MLD capacity STP in Sector-16 at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has granted consent to construct the STP with a following process technology:
The technology being used is Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) with Cyclic Activated Sludge Process by C-Tech technology. The proposed effluent disposal standards are set as 5mg/lit of BOD & 10mg/lit of suspended solids. The plant will be operated on PLC & SCADA technique.
