Seawoods Estate
Seawoods Estate is one of the most prestigious housing projects in Navi Mumbai. It is a Super specialty housing complex which is designed for higher class consisting of 2BHK / 3 BHK / Pent House apartments including superior amenities. Project is taken up in two Phases
· Phase I (Existing Seawoods Estate)
· Phase-II (New Phase in construction stage)
Phase-I
This project was completed by CIDCO in year 1996. Initially it was called as NRI (Non-resident Indians) complex and was renamed Seawoods Estate afterwards. First phase consisted of 46 towers and 1534 apartments. The Phase-I is fully occupied as on today. It has now become a status symbol for the people staying here.
Phase-II
After successful completion & handing over of Phase-I, this project was undertaken by CIDCO in year 2005. In view of huge demand, CIDCO decided to go ahead with Seawoods Estate, Phase-II project. Demand registration for the scheme has been undertaken & CIDCO received registration from about 2000 prospective buyers. The preferential allotments will be done to registered buyers for Seawoods Estate, Phase-II, Part-I.
Seawoods Estate, Phase-II is divided into two parts
· Part I – consisting of 7 towers (440 Apartments)
· Part II – consisting of 4 towers (225 Apartments)
Phase-II, Part I 7 towers (440 Apartments)
The work is in full swing. RCC work of these towers is complete. The work is of International quality & is done with latest machines available today. Finishing items such as masonry, plaster, application of plaster of paris, plumbing, door & window fixing is in progress. The possessions may be given to prospective buyers after May 2008.
