| Entity for evaluation |
|
In case of a Bidding Company, the entity for evaluation under above referred parameters would be:
Indian Bidding Company registered under Indian Companies Act of 1956 or Partnership Firm registered under Indian Partnership Act of 1932 OR A foreign Company or Partnership Firm registered under equivalent law abroad The bidding Company’s affiliate would not be considered during evaluation.

| In case of a bidding Consortium, |
|
· Lead Member ( LM ) would be defined as member with primary responsibility of developing the project and who holds at least 51% equity stake in the consortium.
· The entity for evaluation under financial capability criterion would be LM or any designated member holding at least 51% equity stake in the consortium.
· The entity for evaluation under development capability criterion would be LTM ( Lead Technical Member ) or any designated member holding at least 26% equity stake in consortium.
· The entity for evaluation under marketing capability criterion would be LMM ( Lead Marketing Member ) or any designated member holding at least 1% equity stake in consortium.
· The total no. of members in the consortium shall not exceed 5 ( Five )
