RECENT APPROVALS

i) BoA has issued Letter of Approval for 3 Sector Specific SEZs at Kalamboli (350 Ha area) & also 3 Sector Specific SEZs at Ulwe (80 Ha area). ii) The Govt. of India has notified the 1223.62 Ha land at Dronagiri for Multi-product SEZ. iii) Govt. of Maharashtra vide Notification No. TPS-1704/2068/CR-72/05/UD-12 dated 12.06.2006 & Notification No.TPS-1204/2068/CR-72(Part II)/05/UD-12 dated 26.10.2007 has declared M/s. Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. company as SPA for 450 Ha Phase-I area at Dronagiri & 1230 Ha area at Dronagiri (800 Ha), Kalamboli (350 Ha) & Ulwe (80 Ha).
