2. Indemnity Bond on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper for Podium / Ramp/ Compound wall etc.
3. Letter from Structural Engineer for confirmation of column position.
4. Affidavit for “ No Court Matter” on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper.
5. Draft Sale Agreement incorporating conditions of handing over of Fitness Centre / Society Office in case of proposals having Fitness Centre & Society Office.
6. Copy of Aesthetic approval from Sr. Planner (C ) in case of social facility plots.
7. Attested copy of Tripartite Agreement between CIDCO, original licensee & New Licensee, if plot has been transferred.
8. Transfer Order from Estate Section in case of transferred plots.
9. Appointment letter of licensed plumber from Licensee.
10. Acceptance & Supervision Memo from Licensed Plumber.
Documents required for Occupancy Certificate :
1. Completion Certificate from Architect.
2. Structural Stability & Earthquake stability certificate from Structural Engineer.
3. Drainage Connection Certificate from concerned Nodal Executive Engineer.
4. NOC from Chief Controller of Unauthorized Construction (CCUC).
5. Health NOC from Chief health Officer, CIDCO.
6. Power Supply Infrastructure Development Charges (PSIDC) NOC from Executive Engineer (Elect.), CIDCO in case of the proposal in Sector- 1 to Sector-24, Kharghar.
7. Extension in time limit from Estate Section in case of lapse of time period mentioned in commencement certificate /agreement.
8. NOC for Aesthetic Approval from Sr. Planner (C ) in case of Social Facility Plots.
9. Final Fire NOC from Fire Officer, CIDCO, in case of proposals ob buildings above 15 m. and special buildings.
10. Additional members NOC & Final Enrollment of member from Estate Section, CIDCO, in case of Society plots.
11. No dues certificate from Estate Section in case of Society plots.

To obtain the development permission under Section 45 of MRTP Act-1966 in the CIDCO jurisdiction as mentioned following documents will have to be submitted in the office -

1.Application in prescribed form duly filled alongwith signature of owners / licensee's and architects, the said form will be available in the above mentioned office by paying Rs. 2/- per form in State Bank of Mysore and producing the 'D' copy of challan to above mentioned office.

2.Letter of appointment of Architect from Owner / Licensee.

3. Consent letter of Architect.

4.Supervision Memo from Architect in prescribed format which is available in GDCRs-1975 for Navi Mumbai.

5. Copy of Architects registration with Council of Architecture.

6. Letter of appointment of Structural Engineer from Owner / Licensee.

7. Acceptance letter by Structural engineer in prescribed format, which is available in GDCRs-1975 for Navi Mumbai.

8.Supervision Memo from Structural Engineer in prescribed format which is available in GDCRs-1975 for Navi Mumbai.

9.The letter from Structural Engineer regarding earthquake resistant design of the Structure.

10.The letter from Structural Engineer regarding design of ramp and podium to carry the load of 40 tonnes from fire fighting point of view.

11.Attested copy of Agreement to lease of the respective plot executed with CIDCO.

|
12. Attested copy of possession receipt of the respective plot.
|
13. Attested copy of confirmed demarcation plan of the respective plot.
|

14. Undertaking on Rs.100/- stamp paper for non enclosure of stilt & terrace.

15. Attested copy of delay condonation letter issued by Estate Section, CIDCO, if submission of proposal is delayed.
