19. Four sets of drawings in accordance with GDCRs-1975 for Navi Mumbai.

20. Undertaking on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper for Cub Boards, Flower Beds, Staircase / Lift lobby and projected terraces.

21. Fire NOC from Fire Officer, CIDCO or NMMC as per the jurisdiction in case of proposed building height is more than 16 mtrs and for special buildings.

22. Power Supply Infrastructure Development Charges (PSIDC) NOC from Executive Engineer (Electrical), CIDCO in case of the proposal in Sector-1 to Sector-24 of Kharghar.

23. The NOC from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDC) regarding location & size of electric sub station in case the permissible built up area is 4000.00 sq.m. or more.

24. The letter from M(TS) in respect of amalgamation of plots.

25. The letter from respective nodal Executive Engineer, CIDECO or NMMC stating Ground level of the plot / plots in RL.(Reduced Level) in view of upcoming Air port.

26. The NOC from M(TS) / Estate Office, CIDCO for enrolment of additional members in case of Society plots.
