Charges for delay in submission of plans

The Lessee is expected to submit the plans to the Town Planning Officer, CIDCO/NMMC, as the case may be for seeking building permission within a period of six months of the Agreement to Lease. A penalty becomes payable in case of any delay beyond this period an NOC is required to be obtained from the Corporation on payment of penalty as specified below: Period of Delay Charges Payable Upto three months Rs.1000.00 Beyond 3 months upto 6 months Rs.2000.00 Beyond 6months upto 9months Rs.3000.00 Beyond 9months upto 12months Rs.4000.00 Beyond 12 months Rs.5000.00
