NO RESTRICTIVE ORDER OF HIGH COURT TO THE “ BOOK-BUILDING PROCESS ” SCHEME, PHASE-II, PART-II, SEAWOODS ESTATE, NERUL, NAVI MUMBAI  20-12-2007.

With reference to the news item that appeared in the press, Marketing Manager-I, Shri A. B. Shipurkar has clarified that there are no restrictive orders of Hon’ble High Court for marketing of apartments in SEAWOODS ESTATE, PHASE-II, PART-II AT NERUL. CIDCO’s Prestigious Project of Seawoods Estate, Phase-II, Part-II consisting of 251 apartments, inclusive of Pent House and Duplex, will be marketed as scheduled from 26th December, 2007 through “BOOK-BUILDING” process.
