These consisted of Oros-Budruk, Anav and Ranbambhuli villages of Kudal tehsil. A total area of 430 hectares of land has been earmarked for development, of which the Collector of Sindhudurg possesses 309 hectares. Of the said 430 hectares, about 115 hectares have been earmarked for green zones.

81 hectares of land has been taken up for development of road infrastructure. Development of water and light facilities is in the process of completion. Along with the assistance of the Social Forestry Department, CIDCO has taken mammoth steps in cultivating the green areas of this city.
