Valley Park

Valley Park is a part of Navi Mumbai Nature Park. As a first step towards bringing the dream into reality, the area of valley which is easily accessible, actively used by the public and needs minimum intervention is selected. The valley situated at sector 9, CBD-Belapur node is rich in flora and fauna. Valley Park was inaugurated on the World Environment Day – 5th June, 2006.
What to do:
Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) has spotted more than 80 species of birds and many varieties of trees. So one can –
1. Study flora and fauna.
2. Traverse through streams and hills.
3. Observe the birds, quietly listen to them.
4. Record your suggestions.
What not to do:
1. Do not play any music.
2. Do no disturb the birds.
3. Do not leave waste matter like plastic in the park.
